Presentation
The IRCA (International Register of Certified Auditors) accredited Lead Auditor Course for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems provides the necessary knowledge to audit any type of organization based on the standards of the ISO Standard.
A Quality Management System helps companies define and optimize their internal policies, objectives, and standards in order to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
The course is delivered through virtual classrooms by highly qualified instructors with extensive teaching experience in these subjects and professional recognition.
The sessions integrate the theoretical part with the practical part in a dynamic way through discussions, real-life cases, and other exercises.
The cases covered in the course refer to a fictitious company; however, the procedures, work instructions, and data could correspond to those of real companies.
The practical exercises have been carefully designed to focus on topics that commonly arise during audits of quality management systems.
Bureau Veritas also offers, for students who wish to do so, the possibility of taking an online course prior to the IRCA course, which provides the basic knowledge and concepts that will facilitate better utilization of the IRCA course.
