Presentation
GLOBALG.A.P. is now recognised worldwide as a leading standard for Good Agricultural Practices in the fruit and vegetable sector, particularly through its Integrated Farm Assurance (IFA) standard. Implementing and certifying this protocol requires specific knowledge and a high level of competence due to the breadth and complexity of its requirements.
Following the publication of GLOBALG.A.P. F&H Version 6, organizations must now adapt to a new certification framework that introduces two certification paths: the SMART edition and the GFS edition, the latter being recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).
In this context, this course provides participants with a clear and practical understanding of the requirements established by both editions of GLOBALG.A.P. F&H Version 6, as well as the audit process required to achieve certification in the fruit and vegetable sector.
