Presentation

Teleworking has become an increasingly common way of working, offering greater flexibility and new opportunities for both organizations and employees. However, working remotely also involves specific challenges that may affect health, safety, wellbeing, and overall working conditions if they are not properly managed.

This course provides participants with a practical understanding of the main risks associated with teleworking and the preventive measures that can be applied to reduce them. It is designed to help professionals work safely and effectively from home by raising awareness of the legal, organizational, ergonomic, and psychosocial aspects linked to remote work. Through this training, participants will gain the knowledge needed to promote healthier and safer teleworking practices in temporary or regular remote working arrangements.
